About Us
Founded in 2022, Imaginarium is a nonprofit organization created to bring STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) education to area youth.
Dell Jacob
Dell earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in STEM Instruction from Emporia State University. She spent the majority of her teaching career in 4th grade until she developed the STEM program at Walnut Elementary. Dell is excited to share her passion for STEM education with children in our community.
Melanie Curtis
Melanie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Emporia State University. She has 21 years teaching experience including six years at Turning Point Academy and five years as the technology teacher at William Allen White Elementary in Emporia. Melanie enjoys fostering creativity and critical thinking in youth and looks forward to working with the young people of Emporia and surrounding communities.
